Job Purpose:

Lead in formulating and executing the processes for the retail operations to maximize sales through maintaining the best retail presentation and shopping experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure processes, practice and tools for retail operations are relevant and updated

- Ensures the physical condition and retail presentation of the shops are kept in the optimal and updated condition.

- Understands and gives feedback to the company on the latest the plan promotion

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline or a combination of bachelor's degree and 5 years retail experience;
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience; preferably in a management role;
- Preferably multi brand/multi channel experience;
- Retail skills;
- Planning Skills;
- Clear articulation skills;
- Solid customer service orientation;
- Good problem-solving skills;
- Basic data interpretation and number analysis;
- Proficient in multiple systems and office applications;
