Job description
? Assistant the PD Director to implement the company's Project Development strategy for Solar Power Generation and Power Transmission projects.
? Key responsibilities shall involve, but not limited to: Customer visits, generating leads, Pre-qualification and Bidding/Tendering proposal preparation and negotiations, customer satisfaction monitoring, marketing activities including exhibition attendance, public relations and presentations within the Energy/Oil & Gas sectors.
? To ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, quality and HSE guidelines and documentation requirements.
? Responsible for carrying out the technical, commercial, legal and financial due diligence and site visiting for all projects;Evaluates the operational, technical and economic feasibility of proposed solutions;
? Other duties as assigned
Job requirements
? Minimum Bachelor degree in Business,Economics, Finance or a comparable discipline.(Preferably with a relevant postgraduate degree qualification).
? Experience in power generation/Transmission projects and site Management in the energy/oil & gas sector shall be a distinct advantage.
? Identify and follow up new and on-going business
? Develop contract pre-qualification and prepare bid/tender documents in collaboration with specialist units.
? Liaise with relevant statutory agencies for compliance and registration
? Handle project proposal and preparation, and the customer satisfaction
? Carry out marketing activities for the organization
? Monitor project implementation to ensure that the company complies with her service level agreement with clients.
? Ensure continuous interaction with client organizations and facilitate meetings between clients and Executive Management.
? Conceives and implements projects that may require integration, small teams and external resources; Maintains ongoing communication with customer(s) during the course of the project ensuring that they are up to date on progress.
? Experienced user of MS Office and MS Project.
? Business-fluent in spoken and written English.
? Articulate in verbal and written communication.
? Willingness to travel because of offshore deployments.
? High level of assertiveness, initiative and independence.
? Interpersonal skills and capacity for teamwork, creativity.
