Position:
Marketing Specialist (responsible for Great China or APAC regions)
Reports To:
Marketing Manager
Location:
Shanghai
Status:
Full Time, exempt with full benefits
Essential Job Functions:
？ Coordinate and manage corporate and regional events, such as tradeshows, seminars, conference
？ Maintain and update corporate and regional collateral materials, including power point templates, product literature, sales kits, etc.
？ Manage to completion all marketing production related efforts such as promotional items, printed collateral, multimedia collateral, and direct mail pieces.
？ Execute the monthly and quarterly newsletter, product literature, invitations, event materials, etc.
？ Prepare and manage timelines for marketing projects
？ Participate and contribute to marketing activities to help achieve company goals
？ Manage website through content management system
？ Regional PR, press release and advertising
？ Responsible for regional CSR projects
Required Skills:
？ Excellent English both in oral and written
？ Good communication skills
？ Ability to work within a team as well as independently
？ Must be self--﹎otivated and driven
？ Ability to meet deadlines and/or targets
？ Must be adept at handling pressure and working under stress
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Language, Graphic Design, Marketing Communications, Business, Journalism, Photoaltaic or related field.
Marketing experience or PV industry experience preferred.
