This position is concerned with repairing and maintaining of all the woodwork in the hotel, helping construct other works including items required for functions and other departments.
负责酒店内的所有木制物品的维修保养。帮助制作宴会或会议所需的物品以及其他部门的要求。

1. Repair and maintain all woodwork.
负责维修保养酒店所有木制品。
2. Check regularly door, door hinge, door closer, window, window lock, chair, table, carpet,etc, and do quickly according to maintenance order.
定期检查门、机械门锁、闭门器、地毯、窗户、窗锁、桌、椅等，对维修单进行及时处理。
3. Strictly follow up the operation procedures, to finish repair works in good quality and in time. Eliminate to impact the hotel operations for any repair of bad quality or postponed.
严格遵守操作程序，保质按时修理好设备，杜绝因修理不及时或修理质量不合格而影响酒店正常营业的事故。
4. Work on daily trouble reports assigned by Decoration Supervisor and report when jobs are completed.
根据装修主管分配的维修单进行维修，完成后及时反馈。
5. Keep te carpentry workshop clean and tidy.
保持木工房干净整洁。
6. Perform as a basic fire fighting member while on duty. React immediately to a fire alarm/information in case of fire.
当班时应为义务消防队的一员。一旦发生火情立即反应。
7. The management reserves the right to change / extend this job description if necessary at any point of time during her / his employment.

8. Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability 工作技能技巧要求：

1. Possess knowledge of the requirements of government regulations and technical rules.
了解掌握政府的要求和技术标准。
2. To be capable of following specifications for hotel services.
能够执行酒店服务的要求。
3. Possess knowledge of energy conservation.
有节能方面的知识。
4. Have experiences for the repair of the damaged, old furniture, carpets, ceilings, doors, hardware, locks, etc, and be capable of proposing the solution ways.
5. 对维修损坏的旧家具及地毯、墙纸、吊顶，门、五金，锁具要有一定的经验，能够提出解决方案
6. Some painter, carpenter, mason and architecture knowledge.
具备基本的油漆工、木工、瓦工和建筑的知识。

Required Qualifications 必要的资历要求：
1. Should have at least 5 years Decoration working experience above 3 stars hotel.
三星级以上酒店至少五年装修工作经验。
