1）贯彻执行有关法律、法规、标准、上级主管部门下发的政策性文件等；
2）依据施工规范、图集、图纸、施工组织设计、施工方案等落实本岗位工作；
3）查询并获取与工程有关的最新的法律、法规、标准、规范等，并组织学习；
4）遵守项目的各项规章制度，执行企业各项管理标准和相关制度，对工程的技术、质量管理工作负责；
5）负责本岗位成本控制工作，控制材料的合理使用，杜绝浪费；
6）记载本岗位的施工日志，配合生产经理监督检查各岗位人员施工日志填写情况，并对汇总后的施工日志内容进行审核；
7）配合生产经理对施工现场各阶段的整体布置情况进行规划；
8）监督资料员做好文件管理工作，完成项目经理交给的临时性工作；
9）完成领导交代的其他工作。
任职条件：
1）暖通、给排水、建筑学或工民建相关专业本科及以上学历，从事相关工作5年以上，有设计院设计工作经验优先考虑；
2）了解国家和地方有关房地产开发及建筑的政策、法律法规、技术标准及规范；
3）熟悉设计、规划、配套、施工等业务流程，尤其掌握建筑、结构、材料和现场施工监控要点，精通项目开发程序、项目规划、设计及施工管理，擅长住宅工程项目管理；
4）具备优秀的领导能力、判断与决策能力、计划与执行能力、沟通能力、谈判能力，能承受较大的工作压力。
