职位描述：
1）全面负责工程技术部管理工作，执行公司领导的工作任务；
2）协调各专业组工作，对本部门各岗位人员的工作进行督促、考核；
3）组织制定公司施工技术管理制度，编制或修订技术操作规程，严格进行并进行监督、检查、纠正；
4）及时组织对国家新颁布的技术标准、工艺标准进行学习和贯通，并对技术工艺、标准情况进行监督、检查，处理施工中出现的技术问题；
5）组织相关部门进行图纸会审以及技术交底；
6）组织人员做好技术现场服务指导工作，组织编制和控制产品制造所需的图样、工艺卡片等作业指导文件；
7）配合进行施工管理方面的日常事务，了解生产计划的执行情况，加强生产过程中的质量监督，确保生产产品符合规定要求；
8）对技术工作失误造成的产品质量不稳定或质量事故负责；
9）组织技术人员进行技术攻关，积极采用先进技术，不断提高产品质量，策划工程新产品和编制新工艺技术文件，不断推广新技术、新工艺；
10）完成领导交代的其他工作。
任职条件：
1）装修、工民建、土木工程相关专业本科及以上学历，5年以上建筑、房地产企业相关工作经验；
2）了解国家和地方有关房地产开发及建筑的政策、法律法规、技术标准及规范，熟悉设计、规划、配套、施工等业务流程，尤其掌握建筑、结构、材料和现场施工监控要点，精通项目开发程序、项目规划、设计及施工管理，擅长住宅工程项目管理。
