工作地点:深圳福田办公室
Position Description：
- Position Objective:
Manage PO processing, production planning and execution. Drive on time delivery. Maintain an efficient and effective communication with brands and vendors.
- Key Responsibilities:
· Manage monthly placement of buy and PO confirmation.
· Manage WIP processing, monitor delivery through communication with vendors and QPM team;
Communicate with brands on delivery status change.
· Communicate shipping instruction to vendors and monitor document process.
- Essential Duties:
· Conduct monthly buy.Communicate monthly buy information with vendors and work with brands to overcome minimum
order quantity and surcharge. Manage PO confirmation on delivery detail
· Maintain SAP data updating for change of delivery date and ship mode in timely and accurately.
· Ensure vendors submitting shipping documents to Finance Dept.on time; and coordinate between vendors and
Finance Dept.if there is any discrepancy found.
· Prepare WIP report and actively participate WIP meeting with brands.
· Provide shipping instruction with vendors.
· Prepare ad hoc report and project whenever required.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Order follow up experience in global sourcing company is perferable in Apparel/Sportswear industry.
· Good Communication & Interpersonal skill, good at working with multi nationalities customers/destinations.
· Good computer skill: MS Office (Excel, Word) and Outlook. SAP system experience preferred
· Production planning experience is a plus
· Good spoken and written English.
· Hard working, willing to learn and analytical.
Desired Working experience:
· 2 years working experience (in manufacturing /order follow up/ logistics/ customer service
