一、素质和能力要求：
1、年龄在35岁以下，本科以上学历，中文或秘书专业优先考虑；
2、品质良好，稳重踏实，认真细致，有较强责任心、自律意识和团队协作精神；
3、善于学习，有较好的领悟和理解能力，善于沟通，思维敏捷、缜密，做事严谨、高效；
4、有扎实的文字功底、优良的写作能力，熟悉办公室公文写作和对外宣传，能独立进行各类纪要、报告、讲话稿、信函等写作；
5、有一定的英文水平，计算机操作能力强；
6、吃苦耐劳，勇于接受挑战，能够在压力和困难下不断进步并取得成绩。

二、岗位职责及主要工作：
1、参加公司运营工作会议，撰写会议纪要并协调督促；
2、撰写总结、报告、计划、申报材料、管理制度等各类文件；
3、撰写宣传材料、讲话稿、新闻稿、信函等；
4．研究公司战略和发展规划，收集、整理、分析资本运作及上市公司相关资料；
5、与政府部门保持沟通，做好工商登记、报批审核、知识产权保护等工作。
