Responsibilities:
1. Achieve the sales target: Achieve the confirmed sales aim in terms of quantity and sales profit margin.
2. Sales plan – based on the company business plan in long/short term, suggest and cooperate branch sales to implement sales and marketing plan; deploy the sales budget properly & conduct the execution.
3. Sales Price and Expense Control: manage the sales price in valorize to achieve company profit requirement, review and control different pay out .
4. Develop and execute sales strategy: Jointly with marketing, develop sales strategy and tactics to compete and win planned market share. Ensure the execution of the sales strategy and its effectiveness in the process of implementation.
5. Assist and support regional sales managers to develop their regional sales strategies
6. Distributor Management: develop, maintain and replace, assist distributor to build & develop sub-distribution network, guide distributor to grow sales and profitability, manage to follow company’s rules and policy
7. Manage, train and develop sales team: Manage sales team to achieve high standard of professionalism. Sales Team Management: recruitment, replacement, promotion & demotion; sales career development. Design, develop and implement
effective training system for the sales team. Coordinate HR design and develop training programs according to the needs of sales team.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above
2. Above 10 years progressive sales & marketing management experience in building material related industry, aggressive, open minded, highly motivated and capable of learning quickly.
3.Fluent in English, excellent communication and influence skills
