职位描述：
1.负责与集团基建总部接口，跟进公司基建工程项目的建设进度和协调工作。
2.负责基建配套工程项目（装修、绿化等）的组织、规划、协调和跟进工作。
3.负责建立并完善公司基建工作管理体系及流程。
4.负责工厂建设过程中的项目资料收集、整理、归档工作。
5.负责公司基础设施的维护工作，包括规划、需求提出、进度跟踪等。


职位要求：
1、全日制专科以上学历，土建/机械等理工科专业；
2、3-4年以上工厂基建或后勤管理工作经验，有工厂总务或基础设施维护经历更佳；
3、性格开朗、活泼，积极、主动、细致、耐心，有责任心，具有良好的沟通技巧和较强的协调能力；
4、办公自动化系统和AOTUCAD运用熟练；
5、有较强的文字表达能力；
6、能承受适当的压力, 具有团队协作精神和责任心。
