Primary Responsibilities:

主要职责：

- Monitor daily high pressure laminate production to ensure production KPIs to achieve safety/quality/productivity target

- 监控日常HPL生产，确保生产在安全/质量/效率的考核目标达成

- Be responsible for OEM process compliance and quality continues improvement following Wilsonart growth strategy

- 负责代工工厂的流程符合威盛亚的标准，并持续提高产品质量以支持Wilsonart成长策略

- Be responsible for innovations on improving production performance, safety conditions and operation excellence in OEM plant

- 负责在OEM工厂实施创新改进项目，以提高产品在安全，质量及优异运营上的各项条件

- Improve product quality through analyzing quality defect to figure out quality improvement plan and insist on following ups

- 通过质量问题的分析，试验来发掘质量的提高的机会，并制定实施跟踪计划

- Improve operational productivity through analyzing operational indicators and material availability

- 通过对生产各指标的分析及物料符合性的研究，来提高生产效率，物料利用率等

- Make production regulations and optimize production standard procedures

- 制定生产部门规则并优化本部门的标准生产的各程序文件

- Build and develop production team with multiple skills to align with business growth

- 建立并发展生产团队的多用途的技能以提高团队能力去支撑业务进一步发展

Qualifications Required:

任职条件：

- University degree and above with major in material science or chemical related

- 本科及以上学历，在材料科学或化工相关专业

- At least 3 years' working experience in manufacturing/processing

- 至少3年以上的在制造业或流程优化方面的工作经验

- Resin or HPL work experience is a plus

- 有树脂或防火板行业经验优先

- Strong problem solving skills and cross functional coordination ability

- 优秀的问题解决能力及跨部门的协调能力

- Exceptional communication skills and Team-work spirit

- 优秀的沟通能力及团队合作精神

- Good command of English both in writing and speaking

- 较好的英文笔头和口头能力

- Strong data analysis skills, be data driven

- 较强的数据分析能力，有以数据为依据的本质

- Good skills of MS-Office software

- 很好的电脑及办公自动化的水平
