Purpose  
The existing customer ship to of CryoEase business is over 12000 in Eastern China and our sales team has more than 50 persons. To build a more strong sales team in the future, we need him/her to support our sales activities and administration. Also he/she need to back up for inside sales if needed.
 
Key Stakeholders:
 
 

• Area Sales Managers and Outside Sales Team.
• Inside sales Managers and Inside Sales Team;

 
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
 
This position is responsible for the following:
 
 

• Responsible for car renting, fuel card, mobile device, sales office supplies and express;
• Responsible  for sales meeting, team building and other event preparation;
• Responsible  for legal document and expense support;
• Responsible for sales expense application;
• Back up for inside sales if needed;

• Other work or project assigned by managers or company.

 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
 
 

1. Education
   1. University education

 
 

1. Work Experience
   1. At least 2 years of progressive commercial or administration experience.

 
 

1. Skills
   1. Sales, commercial, and negotiation skills. Strong negotiation skill is a plus.
   2. Office software

 
 

1. Qualities
   1. Strong communication skill
   2. Flexible to handle different scenario and can adapt to change.
   3. Integrity – act with integrity and in accordance with company ethics. Ability to confront behavior not consistent with company values. Honors commitments.
