1、主要在家电领域扩大和支持国内及国际客户 Expansion and support of national and international customer business mainly in the home appliance sector
2、每月制定中国区本行业的市场情况报告,包括品牌客户信息,竞争对手信息,建立信息库,并在Eichenauer G4W系统中对客户信息进行维护和及时进行更新;
Each month complete Chinese heating elements market report, including top customers information, competitor’s information, establish customer and competitor data base, establish customers information data and update it in the Eichenauer G4W system.
3、参与制定中国区年度销量、利润、市场份额目标,与市场情况报告里十大客户中至少两家以上建立新的业务关系,分解年度目标并制定和实施季度、月度、周滚动计划;
Take part in Chinese area annual sales volume, profit and market share target, start new projects with at least 2 of the top 10 customers, decompose the target, make and implement quarterly, monthly and weekly rolling plan.
4、参与制定年度销售费用预算,做好过程控制,制定季度、月度预算计划,控制销售费用;
Take part in making annual sales expenses budget plan, control each process, make quarterly and monthly expenses budget plan, get sales expenses under control.
5、跟进现有的中国项目;与德国总部合作,提供技术和商业报价
Following-up of existing Chinese projects,echnical and commercial elaboration of offers in cooperation with german headquarter
6、组织、实施、参与展会、学术活动,扩大Eichenauer公司产品知名度;
Organize, implement and participate exhibitions or seminars, to expand and promote Eichenauer product visibility.
7、支持德国工程师在中国相关的销售活动;
Supporting German sales colleagues regarding China-related sales activities
8、了解客户商务需求和技术规范要求,负责产品介绍、技术咨询、商务报价和商务谈判工作;
Understand customer business requirements and technical specifications, responsible for product introduction, technical consultation, business quotation and business negotiation.
9、及时谈判签订合同,包括在产品运行之前和期间的谈判工作,维护销售合同,价格协议等客户文件,,并归档管理;
Sales support for current projects in cooperation with technology, quality, purchasing and industrial engineering , maintain sales contract, price agreement and other customer documents, establish files management;
10、支持客户项目开发各个阶段需求,包括相关文件提供、工厂审核、样件制作、工程变更等工作;
Support customer project development in various stages, including relevant documents providing, cooperate customer in plant audit, sample manufacturing, engineering change realizing, etc.
11、从市场和客户需求的角度,对Eichenauer公司产品的研发提供指导性建议;
From the perspective of market and customer requirements, to provide guidance suggestions for Eichenauer products research and development.
12、管理公司产品价格,完成年降谈判,及时维护Eichenauer G4W系统中的价格;
Manage Eichenauer products price, complete annual saving and LTA negotiation, and maintain price in Eichenaure G4W system on time.
13、客户关系维护(包括采购、质量、工程、物流等部门人员),客户满意度调查及改进提高;
Customer relationship maintenance (including departments of purchasing, quality, engineering, logistics, etc.), customer satisfaction survey and improvement.
14、与技术、质量、采购、工业工程等合作项目的销售支持
 Sales support for current projects in cooperation with technology, quality, purchasing and industrial engineering
15、销售相关电子数据统计、填写并及时维护、更新;
Sales related electronic data statistics, fill in and timely maintain, update.
16、确保销售回款,确保研发费、模具夹具检具和工程样品等费用的回收;
Ensure sales collection receivables complete, ensure products research, tooling (mold, fixture, gauge), sample fee collection complete.
17、完成领导交办的其他工作事项
Completion of other work assigned by the leadership matters.

任职条件:
Requirements:
1、有 5年以上家电配套件、汽车零部件或其他工业设备配套件行业的销售经验(有电加热元件产品销售经验者优先);
More than 5 years sales experience in home appliance distribution, automotive parts or other industrial equipment distribution sales job (More preferred if with experience in sales of electric heating elements).
2、有扎实的机电技术背景;
Profound electro-mechanical technical background.
3、能够在跨文化环境中工作;
Ability to work in intercultural environment;
4、有首创的精神,有创意,有主动性及良好的谈判技巧;
Entrepreneurial personality with ideas, initiative and good negotiating skills.
5、有证实的能力与客户各层面和本公司内部各部门发展良好关系;
Demonstrated capability to develop good relationships at all levels with customers and within own company.
6、有证实的销售数据分析能力,有证实的成本分析和财务分析能力,和形成报价的能力;
Proven ability on sales data analysis, proven ability on review cost and finance module analysis, and ability to build up quotation.
7、有与客户起草定制产品合同的经验;
Experience in contract matters regarding custom-made products.
8、有赢得客户新业务订单的事例;
Track records of winning new business orders.
9、有汽车驾照,愿意经常出差,外向,有团队意识,能够承受工作压力;
Have car driving license, willing to travel frequently, extroverted, team-minded, able to work under pressure.
10、良好的商务英语口语和读写水平,懂其他外语,市场营销及相关理工科专业,大专及以上学历;
Good business English both in oral and written, knowledge in other foreign languages ,majored in marketing or related science and engineering, college degree or above.
11、超强的分析和概念能力
 Strong analytical and conceptual skills
12、办公技能熟练,熟悉ERP使用
Very good MS-Office and ERP-knowledge
