职位描述：
副总工程师1名（机电方向）
岗位职责：
1、组织机电专业相关设备和系统的调研，组织论证或审查各机电系统设计的可靠性、科学性、运行的经济性；
2、组织论证或审查设计方提出的设备、材料等的技术指标，保证各项设备、材料采购要求源头精准、可靠、经济；
3、组织落实设备及材料招标技术文件的编制，如有必要，就设备采购合同提出有针对性的特殊条款或要求，用严格的合同条款保证采购到精准的标的物；
4、参与设备采购前期考察和决策研究等；
5、对设备及机电系统，尤其是对未普遍使用的设备及机电系统的安装提出有针对性的施工要求，并将其纳入施工招标合同；
6、负责与设计院对接机电专业施工图设计，确保设计质量及设计进度，并组织机电专业施工图审查；
7、负责对工程部门施工现场的技术支持，及时解决机电专业施工中的技术问题，负责组织系统的调试，并进行跟踪，保证系统的运行质量；
8、参与公司组织的工程质量检查，负责机电专业的施工质量管理与监督；
9、负责对新型设备、材料及新技术的应用提出施工工艺及工序要求，并加强监督和控制；
10、负责市政外协方面技术支持前期部门的对外协调；
11、完成领导交办的其他工作。
任职条件：
1）年龄35-55岁，机电相关专业本科学历以上，中级以上职称，10年以上大中型房地产公司相关工作经验，五年以上同等岗位工作经验；
2）熟悉施工图的设计和机电设备的采购，熟练解决机电专业施工中的各种技术问题，正确管理与监督机电专业的施工质量；
3）具有良好的沟通协调能力和高度的工作责任心。
