职位描述：
1) JD 工作职责
1.Making manufacturing process ( documents such as Process flow, procedure, PFMEA, WI etc.)
1.制造生产过程(文档等流程,程序,过程失效,WI等等)。
2.New product process definition ( line & equipment, mold, tooling, and inter-process related matters)
2.新产品流程定义(线与设备、模具、工具和进程间相关问题)
3.Sample building plan and leading through new product launch
3.制定样件制作计划和领导团队建造样件
4.Perform other duties assigned by management or superior effectively and efficiently.
4.有效地完成和管理上级领导安排的其他工作

2) Qualification requirement任职资格
1. University degree majored in High Polymer Material or Mechanical or Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering
1.大学学历,高分子材料或机械或机电一体化或工业工程
2. Be familiar with Tooling design, equipment specification, process sheet
2.熟悉模具设计、设备规范、流程表
3.Be familiar with AutoCAD. 3D software is a plus.
3.熟悉CAD,3D等软件优先
4. Fluency in English writing；
4.流利的英文写作
5.More than 2 years in product design or manufacturing process or mold/tooling design.
5.超过2年的产品设计或制造工艺或模具/工装设计。
6.Experience at automotive industry or rubber product manufaturing is preferred.
