Training of production staff to master necessary skills to complete production targets and ensure product quality standards培训生产人员掌握必要的技能以完成生产目标,确保产品质量标准，准备和保持更新生产指导文件,不断提高产品质量
Preparing and keeping updating production instructive documents to continuously improve product quality

Improving product quality and decrease the scrap rate 提高产品质量和降低废品率
Maintenance of equipments for stable operation capability, technical support of maintainance staff

Daily production output report to ensure the first-hand information on the production line
每日产量报告以确保生产线上的第一手资料
Responsible for work discipline of production staff, 5S management on production site and good production workshop discipline; 负责生产员工的工作纪律,生产现场5 s管理和良好的生产车间纪律;
Ensure production safety and safety standards ，Do statistic and prepare production efficiency report regularly
确保安全生产和安全标准,定期做统计和准备生产效率报告
The completion of the operation of the department target (KPI) of the department staff work goal setting, assessment, rewards and punishments, and training

Completing other tasks assigned by the leadership and good cooperation with other departments

Requirements: 招聘要求

Mechanical or technical major with proven track record and minimum 3 years
机械或技术专业至少3年生产实践经验
College background and ability to communicate in English in writing
大专以上学历, 及英语书面熟练者优先;
Able to independently work out technical production related documentation
能独立完成技术文件编制等工作；
Attention to details at work and having a good sense of teamwork, be pro-active
Able to work under pressure
注重细节在工作和有一个好的团队合作意识,积极主动，能够在压力下工作
工作认真，有良好的团队合作意识;
Good practical ability is a must
有良好的实践动手能力
