工作职责：
1、热衷于早教行业，爱岗，敬业，具备较强的抗压能力；
2、配合中心校长管理销售团队，达成团队业绩指标，完成设定的各种团队及个人目标；
3、帮助课程顾问完成客户的咨询服务并促成签单；
4、与中心其他部门有效协作，共同维护良好的工作和学习环境；
5、完成上级领导临时交办的其他任务。

任职要求：
1、专科及以上学历，有销售/市场营销背景，2年以上团队管理工作经验；
2、具有较强的人际交流能力，优秀的团队领导能力和员工管理能力；
3、具有组织协调能力，以细节为导向，能处理多层面的组织结构；
4、有较强的抗压能力，创新能力，问题解决能力以及自我激励能力。

Giraffe English is learner-oriented. We create an immersive English environment and provide specific learning plans for students based on their age and language level. We provide American English courses for kids aged 3 to 12 as well as classes for phonics, reading, grammar, and fun Winter and Summer language camps and art courses and programming Lego courses.
