职位描述

印花设计师/插画师要与客户合作设计、修改或复制服饰上的印花。设计师需要为服装工厂准备打印文件，以及能够在服装上渲染/绘制印花效果以供客户预览。其他平面设计技能如（互联网横幅和摄影）将是一个强大的优势，但不是必须的。

职责范围:

? 根据我们的客户提供的参考资料制作印花设计
? 为我们的客户提供印花在服装上的效果预览
? 上述意味着能够有制作服饰的电子绘图能力
? 创造视觉沟通支持的能力将是一个强有力的优势，但不是必须。可视化支持包括：公司介绍、目录、产品介绍、互联网广告横幅等
? 参与新业务的开发工作

任职要求:

? 应聘者需提供设计作品（印花设计或者其他平面设计作品）
? 熟练的电子绘图技能
? 注重细节
? 必须对图形设计软件有深入的了解（包括Adobe Photoshop和Illustrator）
? 要有“能做”的态度，还要具有很强的遵循指示的能力
? 必须愿意去阅读，研究，学习和提高整体技能和愿意去解决问题
? 灵活性和开放性
? 必须要有强烈的团队合作精神
? 至少有一定水平的英文书写和口语能力（较高水平的的英文书写和口语能力者优先）
? 在问题检测和解决问题方面具有很强的能力
? 有从事关于时尚领域工作经验者优先
? 有图案设计或平面设计工作经验者优先
? 有基本的摄影技能者优先

Fashion Print - Digital Illustrator/Designer

Makers is an online fashion apparel platform facing both consumers and businesses. For the business customers, we provide wholesale and production services. Our markets are mostly overseas. Our philosophy is to iterate and improve often.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The print designer/illustrator will have to work with our clients to design, modify or replicate prints for fashion clothing. The designer will have to prepare print files for the clothing factories as well as be able to render/draw the print on the clothing for our clients to preview. Other graphic design skills to help with graphic communication (internet banner and/or photography) will be a strong advantage but not a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Draw prints based off references provided by our clients
· Provide previews of the prints on the clothing to the client
· The above implies an ability to create digital drawing of clothing
· Ability to create visual communication support will be a strong advantage, but not a must. Visual support includes: company presentation, catalogues, product presentation, advertisement banners for internet and such.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:

· A portfolio is required for application (print and other creative graphic work portfolio if the applicant have one).
· Excellent digital drawing skills
· Detail oriented
· Must have deep knowledge of graphics software (including at least a combination of Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator)
· “Can do” attitude with a strong ability to follow instructions
· Must be willing to read, research, learn and improve on overall skills and/or for problem solving
· Flexibility and open-mindness
· Very strong team playing mindset
· At least a basic level of written and spoken English is a must (higher level of written and spoken English will be a stronger advantage)
· Strong ability in problem-detecting and problem-solving;
· Previous experience in the fashion field will be an advantage
· Skills in graphic design will be an advantage
· Basic skills in photography retouching will be an advantage
· Basic skills in photography will be a advantage
