职位描述：
"工作职责：
1、负责全体员工的人事档案管理工作。
2、负责新进员工试用期的跟踪考核，晋升提薪及转正合同的签订并形成相应档案资料。
3、负责员工调查问卷的发放和收集，分析汇总调查结果，形成结论上报。
4、负责统计汇总，上报员工考勤月报表，处理考勤异常情况。
5、负责员工绩效考核资料的定期统计汇总，上报，并对绩效考核的方式方法提出意见和建议。
6、负责员工薪酬发放的异常处理和薪酬政策的跟踪调查，提供相应的报表和资料。
7、负责完成公司人事工作任务，并提出改进意见。
8、负责公司人事文件的呈转及发放。
9、负责草拟，解释公司的福利保险制度，组织办理入保手续，联络退保，理赔事务。
10、协助人事行政经理处理人事行政方面的其他工作。
11、协助人事行政经理进行员工招聘的面试，负责报到及解聘手续的办理，接待引领新进员工。
12、工作对人事行政经理负责。


任职要求：
1、 大专及以上学历；
2、 人力资源相关专业优先；
3、 熟练运用各类Office办公软件；
4、 良好的沟通协调能力，团结协作能力强，能承受一定的工作压力。"
