2. 喜欢玩器材，找器材，有力气扛器材，爱护器材，有耐心和悟性学习器材知识；

3. 有责任心，不挑活；

4. 诚实，有担当，不计较；

5. 除了摄影部门，还会需要兼制片部门助理的工作，具体面聊。
