ROLE DESCRIPTION
Responsible for planning, development and execution of organization’s brand strategy both internally and externally, tradeshow/event marketing, public relations, paid media and organizational communication to drive engagement, sales and profit for Bemis In Asia Pacific . Be a strong brand steward to the organization and externally to the market.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead branding initiatives internally and externally including strategy execution with cross functional teams
Supervise brand content and assist integration of all campaigns with brand consistency
Develop and manage trade show strategy, events and budget
Create and execute annual media strategy and manage publication relationships
Plan and manage organizational communication strategy
Plan and execute PR strategy
Work closely with Segment Marketing Manager to integrate plans, strategy and communication
Evaluate and manage submissions for awards and recognition
Reporting and analysis: Drive a data-oriented marketing approach, create processes and campaign reporting and analysis
Continue to develop customer voice presentation strategy & process to be consistent with “a better way
Monitor market communication trends, competitors and industry best practices to look for ways to continuously improve our strategies, execution and measurement.
Identify trends and insight from all campaigns to optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Work effectively with outside creative agency and writers
Constantly explore, research and recommend communication best practices.
Responsibly manage budgets for all activities
Support the Bemis Asia Pacific strategy and mission
Actively support and live our High Performance Culture
KEY DELIVERABLES
Continue to execute and drive internal and external brand strategy
Develop and execute strategic tradeshow/event strategy, organizational communication, paid media and PR strategy
Drive a data-oriented marketing approach and develop metrics for all activities
Continue to develop customer voice presentation and communication strategy for the commercial teams
Manage Marcom and branding budgets

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree with emphasis in communications, integrated communications, marketing or advertising preferred
