Job Description:

Overall :
In charge of domestic project follow up and overseas project follow up( France and USA subdivision). Regular responsible for :Project Pre-Checking ,order confirm, order follow until packing and shipping.
- Record all orders from our headquarter and our subdivision .
- Take immediate action in case of unexpected or changed orders
- Check that all documents and information are available before each shipment.
- Report quality problems to project manager and follow up corrective actions.
- Get in touch with our headquarter and subdivision and inform about shipping against these orders.
- Daily contact with our purchase and production team and follow internal orders (Local suppliers) and make sure those orders /materials will be on time.
- Daily create and updates new articles, references, manage Chinese/English in database.
- Create monthly reports on time so that management can be informed in time.

REQUIEREMENTS:

- University degree
- 2 years experience in project following/or indoor sales function.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communicator, internally and in telephone conversations
- High level of English is a must, writing and speaking. French is a plus
- Technical aptitude to understand our product lines
- A sense of urgency.
- Work autonomous, without losing the team spirit.
- Knowledge of ERP system and other computer programs (Outlook, Word, Excel). 举报 分享
