职位描述：
Purchase Co-ordinator

Responsibilities :
a) Support the Purchasing department to follow up documents with the factories
b) Organize documents according item/ supplier wise
c) Arrange sourcing/meeting trips for purchase dept.
d) Co-ordinate with different department such as merchandiser/sales to share new product information or update on existing infromation.
e) Follow up samples requested by purchase with factories
f) manage the office showroom and warehouse for new incoming samples.

Requirements :
a) Good Communication skills english and chinese
b) Experience in international trading and familiar in correspondence with suppliers (minimum 1 year)
c) Knowledge for european market in electronic or electrical items
d) Comfortable working under pressure and should be a team player
e) Excellent skills required in microsoft office ( excel, ppt.)
