职位描述：
岗位职责

1. According to the product positioning, deepen the design concept and prepare project commitments, and organize the review.
        根据项目产品定位，协助编制项目概念深化及方案设计任务书，并组织评审
2. Responsible for the project preliminary design, process management of construction drawing design and plan approval work, coordinate and monitor the completion of the design plan.
负责项目初步设计、施工图设计的过程管理及审图工作，协调、监控设计计划的完成情况.
3. Responsible for project preliminary and construction drawing design specification, and organize the review.
负责编制项目初步、施工图设计任务书，并组织评审。
4. Ensure that the company's project design cost is within the budget.
配合公司限额设计，确保公司的项目设计成本控制在目标成本内
5. Coordinate in timely and deal with processing site design technology.
及时准确协调配合处理现场设计技术问题

任职要求

1. Bachelor or above degree in architecture urban planning related would be preferable;
大学本科或以上学历，建筑学，城市规划等相关专业;
2. More than 5 years relevant experience in architectural design in real estate industry. Working in a top design institute or large real estate company is preferred.
5 年以上房地产行业建筑设计相关经验，有甲级设计院或大型房地产设计经验者优先.
3. Rich knowledge in architect design and real estate industy , modular design experience is a plus
具有丰富的房地产行业设计相关知识和经验，有装配式设计经验优先；
4. Strong ability of planning, construction drawing and design reviewing.
较强的方案和施工图能力或者设计审核能力。
5. Familiar with the master professional application software such as CAD, Photoshop, Sketch up, etc.
熟悉掌握专业应用软件如CAD, Photoshop, Sketch up等
6. Strong communication skills, coordination skills and team work.
较强的沟通能力，协调能力和团队精神
7. Excellent English skills. overseas experience is a plus
