We are a Sourcing & Quality Control company located close to Guangzhou East Station in Tianhe District and are looking for a “Sourcing Assistant” to join our sourcing team.
This job does not require previous experience, however 1-2 year in a sourcing or related role will be advantageous. Our sourcing team is engaged in providing sourcing, quality control as well as “customer service” to our customers/importers.
English is “very important” as all our systems and processes are in English and most of the written documentation work in the company is done in English.

Job Location: Tianshou Lu. Tianhe District, Guangzhou (Walking Distance from Guangzhou East Metro Station).

We are looking for someone with a Positive, happy & ambitious attitude & looking to hire an “Ambitious” person who would be able to learn fast and grow in the company. We are a company that believes in a “Work Hard - Play Hard” attitude and we are looking for people who have the same philosophy.

Career Progression:
You can grow from Sourcing Assistant to Sourcing executive, Senior sourcing executive & then Sourcing Manager.

Requirements:
-0-2 years of working experience in international trade, ideally in a sourcing/purchasing position.
-Decent level of spoken & written English is very important.
-Good negotiation skills are essential for this position, as it would involve negotiating with suppliers.
-Technology Orientation: We are a company that relies heavily on using “technology” to get things done faster & better. Therefore, we are keen on hiring people who enjoy learning the use of new software & technology and are able to pick-up new software quickly.

Job Responsibilities:
-Finding suppliers for given products and negotiating prices with them.
-Verifying suppliers in China to ensure they are genuine factories.
-Carrying our inspections from time to time at the factories.
-Helping the account manage with various sourcing tasks
-Making export documentation & managing logistics for export orders.
-Accompanying foreign clients to exhibitions or other places when required.
-Understanding requirements of foreign customers & Making quotations for products in excel file.
