Responsibilities / 职责
The Administrative Assistant will provide a variety of administrative support to the Shanghai office.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the general upkeep and maintenance of the office
Purchase and maintain office supplies
Manage vendors and contracts for office, air-conditioner, carpet, plants
Handle local and overseas couriers, document or parcel tracking, and distribution of daily mails
Coordinate meetings and conferences, prepare room set-up and materials
Attend meetings and ensure adequate notes are taken, including action items
Arrange domestic and international travel


岗位职责:
负责上海公司日常行政总务工作
负责各类文件的收发(邮寄、快递等)并做好记录工作
负责办公用品的采购、领用等管理
负责出差同事的差旅安排
会议室安排及会议后勤工作


Desired Skills & Experience / 期望的技能和经验
Relevant experience in an administrative support role
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication
Excellent organizational and planning skills

任职资格:
熟练应用办公软件(EXCEL,WORD)
文员相关类1年工作经验
良好的沟通协调能力
基本的英语沟通
