1、分析目标客户需求，充分理解客户意图， 负责策划创意、美术执行工作；
2、创作设计项目方案中相应的广告宣传资料及其他展示作品；
3、负责广告创意及创意执行，充分调动最大创意能力及最佳创意效率；
4、对其相关设计用品的管理及控制；
5、保证产品创作符合客户的诉求点。
职位要求：
1、美术基础扎实，审美能力强，熟悉服装潮流时尚动态，有很强的设计创新理念与策划能力及执行能力,有成功品牌操作案例，吃苦耐劳，能适应超时工作。
2、3年以上平面设计工作经验，具备平面设计、广告、制版、印刷方面的知识；可独立设计亦可配合团队工作，能将想法化为现实；
3、有创意，有独特的设计理念以及全面的执行能力；
4、能够独立完成项目，具备绘制效果图的能力；
5、熟练使用Photoshop、Illustrator、Coledraw、Freehand等平面设计软件；
6、具有良好的手绘能力和较强的色彩感；
7、有良好的语言表达能力和沟通能力，耐心细致且追求完美，能承受较强的工作压力。
