职位描述：
MISSION
-Ensuring accuracy of financials KPIs (Sales, margins, project capex & related financing, cash flows) of China project portfolio through the business planning, and identify potential risks / opportunities, in relation with the Financial Controller.
-Establishing and reviewing Stop Invest for quotations in coordination with Sales team and promote / advise for competitive offers. Support the PM to improve the program financials.
-To successfully identify key performance variances, focus the management team’s actions on addressing these variances and forecast the Plants performance.

TASKS & RESPONSABILITIES
Program Controlling
-Control and validate the Stop Invest in coordination with plant controllers and sales teams
-Responsible for business planning data: product cost and price, investment and WCR
-Review of profitability analysis established by sales & program team,
-Consolidation and analysis of the country operation and customer center program portfolio,
-Review and control the tooling and development sales profitability, timing and cash
-Support Sales and PM for pricing strategy, defining action plans to achieve or improve the program profitability
-Follow-up the engineering changes and opportunities to improve the profitability of the programs.
-Implement a scorecard to assess the efficiency of the development team.


Support
-Maintain tracker for selling price, give back, productivity and indexation, tooling amortization and other commercial terms for annual budget, BP and monthly forecast.
-Financial impact assessment on sales contract, agreement, etc.
-Project re-location profit and CAEPX analysis.
-Fixed Asset impairment analysis and project related asset status review.
-Other related assignment.

Personal Background
-Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance
-5 to 8 years in a corporate of operational finance role, preferably in manufacturing industry

Skills & Abilities
-High proficiency with business tools: intensive use of Excel (VBA knowledge a plus), strong user experience of consolidation software (SAP a plus)
-Excellent analytical skills, ability to synthetize large amount of information
-Good presentation and communication skills: many interactions with various functions and levels within the organization
-Be able to travel
