职位描述：
Customer-services convering 100-150(growing) customers in China. Coordinating marketing information & cross-functional operations;
Working with BU's Demand team for product supplies mainly from China & other source- Plants from other continents.

General
1. Sales Support
- Customers related sales support & services and follow up;
- Customers Service rendered for distributors/ customers within the defined sales territory.

2.Sales & supply Administration
- Oder placement (I-Scala);
- Demand forecasts (SAP- Picaso);
- Reporting preparation;
- Customer Credit lines and payment management;
- Cover rota for absent colleagues;
- Supply and logistical supports on delivery ex-regional warehouse(butyl acrylate)
- Shipment follow up & shipping documentations coordination;
- Quality complaints follow up.

3. Reporting support
- Participate in ensuring smooth flow of market information from the market and sales teams towards the BU;
