职位描述：

Job Specifications
(1) Liaise with suppliers for get the inspection scheduling, shipment scheduling and delivery arrangement.
(2) Responsible the daily operation of the Logistics Department, including but not limited to I/E documentation and invoice
processing.
(3) Cost control on couier cost / forwarder cost by obtaining quotation and negotiation for send sample.

Job Requirements
· University graduate with at least 5 years working experience; experience in trading industry is preferable
· Good shipping knowledge in I/E procedure, L/C, TT, D/A, D/P, banking documents, tradelink, license and C/O operations
· Strong knowledge in international customs regulations, banking and shipping formalities
· Team player mentality
· Good interpersonal skill, self-motivated, detail oriented and systemic mind-set
· Can be work under pressure
· Good written and spoken English and comfort to work with an international team
· Immediate availability is preferred
· Station in Guangzhou office.
· Familiar with PRC Import / Export declaration, Customs culture and workflow
