1.负责国内客户项目进度跟进，英文资料处理与审核；

2.负责国外客户项目进度跟进，定期与国外机构保持沟通；

3.处理与加强与客户关系，提高客户对公司服务的满意度；
4.确保项目进度按时完成，对客户需求进行及时与满意反馈；
5.及时反映客户问题，协调其他部门完成项目要求；
6.主动学习工作相关专业知识和技能，并有效地应用于工作实践中；

职位要求:

2.大专或以上学历，专业不限，英语专业优先；
3.具有良好的语言表达及人际沟通技能，良好的团队合作精神；
4.工作认真,具有上进心,责任心,吃苦耐劳，做事主动积极，愿意与公司长期共同发展；
5.性格活泼开朗,声音甜美佳；

6.大学英语4级或以上，说写流利；
7.精通和熟练操作Excel表等电脑应用软件的操作；

Guangzhou Global Standard Testing Service( hereinafter called GSTS) specializes in plumbing testing and certification service, all GSTS engineers come from plumbing industry, with over 6 years working experience in global third party testing body. GSTS’ supervisors have conducted on-site testing at oversea, their expertise and solution are recognized by oversea buyers. Currently, GSTS has gotten accreditation by non-profit organization International Accreditation Service(IAS) for plumbing test standard including European standard, German standard, British standard, Australia standard, American standard, Canada standard, Saudi Arabia standard, etc. GSTS is the lab which gets most recognized global standards by IAS in China at plumbing filed. Through professional expertise in plumbing test, GSTS serves the enterprises from domestic and oversea in plumbing testing compliance with international standards or regulations involving European market, North American market, Middle East market, Southeast Asia market and so on. To that end, it will enhance the recognition of product quality from oversea retailers, brand names, exporters, traders.
