1. At least 5 years experience on garment industry, expecially on woven area,leather area is preferred.
2. Familiar with the merchandiser procedure,familiar with the collection/SMS follow-up/production follow-up.
3. Good at technical on how.
4. Well-originization,well-detailed and pro-active.
5. Have good fashion sense.
6. Good at sourcing.
7. Familiar with factory allocation all over China in garment.
8. English reading, writing andoral is must.
9. Good communication skill with factory, can have the technical supporting to factory.
10. Team spirit is must.
