职位描述：
任职要求：
1、负责网站优化，提出相关优化方案；
2、参与以搜索引擎优化为主的网络营销研究、分析工作；
3、跟踪和分析引入的seo流量以及相关关键词的排名，形成阶段性数据报告并提出后续优化解决和执行方案；
 4、对网站内容进行不断的更新，提高百度，360，搜狗等搜索引擎对网站的收录；
5、负责网站关键词优化、页面结构调整和外链建设，提高网站流量和转化率
6、研究和监控竞争对手和搜索引擎的做法和变化，及时提出调整方案；

岗位要求：
1、大专以上学历，具备一定的英语能力，专业不限；
2、精通各大搜索引擎的搜索排名技术，了解SEO优化规则，具备基础文字编辑能力，良好的文字功底，有创意思维更好；
3、执行力强，有良好的沟通能力、协调能力和组织能力，良好的团队合作精神 和独立解决事情能力；
4、熟悉网站的运作和推广的各种方式，拥有成功的推广经验和互联网资源，有效提高网站的知名度和认可度；
5、有网上商城运营管理、网站编辑、SNS推广、网络销售等线上商城相关工作经验者优先；
