职位描述：
工作职责：
1）指导制定和实施活动，使生产计划达到生产目标，质量，6S，生产力和成本目标；
2）根据生产订单，合理排布每天生产计划，设备效率，材料供应。计划和管理程序及预算；
3）使生产计划在更高更有效的实行，控制直接投入和间接投入工时；
4）发展人员培训计划，在各个岗位，最终达到多技能员工比率增加；
5）负责制造功能业务组。包括监督生产计划，实施安排生产计划；
6）协调各条流水线人员排布；
7）减少材料损失（控制报废率）；
8）考勤统计及核对；
9）办公文具统计及申领。

要求：
1.中专或以上，电气/电子工程专业；
2.至少2年以上生产管理经验，电子装配业者优先；
3.较强的团队领导和团队沟通能力；
4.能够胜任翻班工作；
5.工作积极主动；
6.能够独立胜任工作；
