职位描述：
岗位职责
1、负责日常进出口货物的订舱、运输、报关等事宜；
2、负责与船公司联系，按客户要求提供提单资料，制作和收集相关报关文件，负责录入系统及应收应付费用.
3、负责与报关行及拖车公司联系，及时跟进报关情况并根据客户要求安排货物的运输
4、负责与仓库联系，提供进出库预报，跟踪货物进出仓并向客户及时反馈货物破损情况
5、负责按客户要求管理库存，制作库存报表，核对仓储费用
6、与客户保持良好的关系，用心协助客户解决问题
7、处理客户投诉，调查事故原因及提交事故报告
8、跟进上级安排的其他相关工作
 
任职资格
1、专科及以上学历.
2、1年以上船务，仓储及运输相关领域业务操作经验
3、熟悉国际货运代理业务流程，进出口报关流程
4、能同时处理多项工作并独立完成；
5、工作细心、有条理、责任心强，具有较强的服务意识和团队精神及能承受压力
6、具备良好的英文读写能力及理解和沟通能力
7、熟练应用WINDOWS及Microsoft Office

请留意，该职位为短期劳动合同岗位（6个月）

Scope and Accountability:
1.To handle day-to-day order fulfillment of IMPORT/EXPORT service and provide high quality service to customer in ocean freight/transportation/customs declaration.
2.Contact with carrier,provide the BL info as per customer's request. Prepare customs docs. Input job info into system and creat invoice and payment voucher.
3.Working closely with customs broker & trucking company, trace the declaration process and arrange trucking as per customer's request.
4.Communicate with warehouse, provide the warehouse in/out forecast and feedback to customer if any damage goods found.
5.Inventory management. Prepare inventory report and check the storage fee.
6.Keep the good relationship with customer and assist them to solve problem.
7.To handle the customer complaint, investigate the cause of accident, submit the NC Report as request.
8.To finish other jobs assigned by management.

Qualification Requirements:
1.College or university graduates.
2.At least 1 or above year experience in operating shipping/warehousing/transportation.
3.Familiar with international freight forwarding process and customs declaration/clearance process for export/import goods.
4.Ability to multi-task and work independently
5.The elogible individual should be detail-minded, organized, has strong sense of responsibility and service, team spirit and can work under pressure.
6.Good written and spoken in English, good understanding and communication skill
7.Good PC skills on Windows and Microsoft Office
