Main Responsibilities:
Assess training needs, develop training methods, and writes procedure manuals and presents information

Design and implement specific training programs to help develop or improve job-related skills per business requirement.

Coach and facilitate learning and personal career path development.

Administer and coordinate all training activities in the contact centre.

Establish key measurements for reflecting the effectiveness of each training course.

Ensure that all training materials are relevant and current so as to achieve the desired level of service and sales and retention quality provided to end-customers.

Candidate Specification:

College or above with major in sales, marketing, finance

Above 3 years as trainer, insurance or call center trainer preferred.

Strong sense of responsibility and communication skills

Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills

Fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft office
