Duties & Responsibilities :
1.Perform regular inspection to ensure announced policies / procedures are proper followed among the operation.
2.Conduct monthly data quality check, investigate wrong/suspicious booking and follow up with correction; propose to standardize booking method if neceesary.
3.Monitor and report the quality of the monthly/quarterly balance sheet reconciliation work.
4.Keep well communication with Finance & Accounting teams, underwriting departments, and supporting departments. Be sensitive enough so as to detect the potential control weakness and then to enforce improvement.
5.Assist in reinforcing the compliance with local regulations, e.g. SAFE, CIRC; coordinate the self review or various exercise required by regulatory authorities.
6.Review SOX documentation on quarterly basis and measure whether they are being maintained properly; follow up remediation actions.
7.Participate and / or manage F&A projects on assigned basis.


Candidate Specification:

1.University majored in Accounting or related, ACCA/CPA or experience in Audit Firm is a plus

2.At least three years working experience in related field
3.Fluently writing English
4.Logical thinking
5.Good communication skill
6.Be patient to learn and look into detail
