岗位职责：
1.通过电话为客户提供保险服务，营销公司指定产品，完成既定的业绩指标。
2.根据公司的政策进行营销服务跟进。
3.对客户资料进行系统录入；为成交客户填写保单。
4.严格遵守公司电话销售质量考核标准，保证电话销售质量。
5.严格遵守公司的数据保密制度。

任职要求：
1.大专以上学历；
2.有良好服务意识或有电话客服或电话销售经验优先；
3.口齿清晰，普通话标准，口头表达和沟通能力强，善于倾听，会粤语或上海话优先考虑；
4.良好的电话技巧和应变能力；
5.计算机基本操作熟练，电脑打字在40字/分；
6.耐心，坚持，能在压力下工作，具有长期服务意向；
7.学习能力强，良好的团队协作者。
