职位描述：
1、一年以上JAVA工作经验；
2、熟悉spring + struts + hibernate 或ibatis等架构，参加过大型软件项目开发；
3、熟悉javascript脚本，熟悉ajax，掌握dwr, jquery ,prototype等技术；
4、熟悉oracle、db2或sql server等主流数据库的开发；
5、熟悉WebSphere、WebLogic、Tomcat等主流中间应用软件的使用和配置；
6、沟通能力强，能承受工作压力。
