Job title:

Key Account Manager (Commercial Vehicle)

Working place

Shanghai, or Beijing, or Guangzhou, or Xian

Reporting line:

Report to China Sector Manager, Commercial Vehicle

Main responsibility:

ü Implement those defined strategies and tactics to achieve budgeted order input and revenue shipment levels;

ü Develop and maintain proficiency in the sales and industry focused application segment assigned;

ü Acquire, develop and manage revenue growth for defined sales prospects and existing assigned account base;

ü Provide training and applications assistance to assigned customer base;

ü Prepare, recommend and negotiate pricing, terms and conditions for quotations, blanket agreements and contracts for management approval;

ü Establish and build good relationships within assigned customer base;

ü Gain bill of material specification and/or preferred supplier status for our products within assigned customer base;

ü Demonstrate effective use of strategic selling techniques to increase account penetration and market share;

ü Maintain accurate and complete territory and account data with respect to the company close loop lead referral, opportunity database and forecasting systems;

ü Provide timely and complete reports and other information as required by management;

ü Act in a positive and proactive manner, at all times, while presenting the Corporation, Division, its products and services, and policies;

ü Manage issues involving warranty, accounts receivable, pricing, and gross margin;

ü Act in a manner consistent with the scope and principles of all company policies, codes of conduct and core values.

Requirements:

ü Bachelor degree or above in Auto Engineering or related fields;

ü At least 6 years of sales experience in automotive industry. A minimum of 2 years experience in MNC;

ü Be familiar with Automotive Industry;

ü Pneumatic or fluid power background or experience is preferred;

ü Proven track record in key account and project management;

ü Has good business acumen and commercial skills. Strong ability in Administration, coordination, problem analysis and solving as well as high working efficiency.

ü Good occupational morality and devotion to job;

ü Good computer skills, MS Office proficiency required;

ü Good command of English, both oral and writing;

ü Be willing to travel around frequently.
