Designs, implements, monitors and maintains processes, with the target to achieve the most efficient and cost effective way of producing the possible highest quality of products. Reporting to General Manager, ensures that the finished product have the requested performance and meets customer expectations, meeting or exceeding plans and objectives set by CEO and Appointed Technical Director:
1.Improving existing operations, incorporating new methods and processes, in co-ordination with Production Manager;
2.Investigating operational problems affecting production and dealing with them in a systematic, methodical manner;
3.Preparing documentation required for product manufacture;
4.Managing process development and quality improvement projects;
5.Coordinating machineries and tools development, settlement and maintenance;
6.Identifying ways, methods and materials to reduce production costs;
7.Training and supervising internal and external (Manufacturers) QC staff;
8.Promoting product quality achievements and performance improvements throughout the internal staff and external organizations;
9.Assessing suppliers' and own company's product specifications and customer requirements;
10.Monitoring performance through gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports;
