1、协助总经理日常工作，能独立完成总经理交办的任务；
2、负责日常公司行政工作，文件，信件，函电的接收与转达；
3、责任心强，工作细心，具备良好的组织协调能力有良好的职业操守
4、英语四级以上，听、说、读、写能力良好；
5、五官端正，形象气质良好，女性身高160cm以上;
6、有一定的秘书经验者优先。

1、Assist the manager deal with the daily management works.
2、responding and transferring of phone calls, Providing reception service.
3、Office Supplies booking.
4、Other ad hoc work assigned by director.
5、Excellent command of both written and oral English.
6、1 year working experience as Admin.
