岗位要求

• 性格开朗，具创新精神；
• OOAD和设计模式；
• J2EE，Spring Framework， Hibernate；
• 各种常用开源框架，并熟练应用其进行项目开发，如：Jarkata Commons；
• AJAX开发框架，如ExtJS，JQuery, GWT等；
• 应用程序服务器，如Tomcat Tomcat5/6；
• 具有团队合作精神和较强的学习能力；
• 熟悉Flex，或智能手机开发，如iphone、Android者优先。
