职位描述：
MISSION
The Financial Analyst China supervises the financial planning, reporting and analysis of the China region.

TASKS & RESPONSABILITIES
Reporting
    Consolidate and analyze the financial reporting from all Chinese entities for monthly closing, re-forecast, budget and business plan, ensuring the consistency and quality of the data provided
    Timely update the Financial Dashboard of the China region and provide sound and synthetic analysis
    Set the financial planning of the China region in order to meet Corporate deadlines
    Follow-up and consolidate the variance analysis on product profitability (“Material Margin”)
    Supervise the regional Capital Expenditure reporting and follow up on authorizations and engagements; liaise with Industrial function for timely update of CAPEX re-forecasts
    Follow-up and analyze the R&D activity in the China Technical / R&D Centers

Support
    Provide guidance and support to Country Financial Controllers to ensure the quality of the reporting and the respect of Corporate deadlines
    Support the Finance Director China with ad-hoc requests on a wide range of subjects: planning, Corporate reporting, presentation
    Provide controlling expertise and guidance to Program Managers in preparing new projects profitability and cash flow projections
    Liaise with Country Controller and SAP Team for improvements in the area of financial and operational reporting
    Act temporarily as Financial Controller in case of emergency

Tools
    Propose, develop / improve and deploy reporting and analytical tools across the China Region

Personal Background
    Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance
    3 to 5 years in a corporate of operational finance role, preferably in manufacturing industry

Skills & Abilities
    High proficiency with business tools: intensive use of Excel (VBA knowledge a plus), strong user experience of consolidation software (Hyperion a plus)
    Excellent analytical skills, ability to synthetize large amount of information
    Good presentation and communication skills: many interactions with various functions and levels within the organization
