职位描述：
1.根据公司发展战略，负责制订公司信息化发展、IT基础建设、IT软件系统建设规划，满足业务发展需求；
2. 负责公司IT部门的架构和团队组建；负责公司IT规划的实施，保证对公司各业务部门的支撑作用。
3. 根据公司发展战略和信息化发展规划，负责牵头组织并梳理各部门业务工作的的信息化管理优化， 进行公司ERP系统、CRM、网站系统、OA系统等企业基础业务模块的建设和管理管理。
4. 监督、检查公司IT环境的运营与维护，确保公司IT相关设备、程序的正常运转。
5. 参与相关IT软、硬件供应商评选工作，提供相应技术支持。
6. 监督、检查信息数据的安全管理工作，保障公司信息数据的安全，防范各类信息安全风险。
7. 根据部门管理要求，编写、完善IT管理制度，并在执行过程中不断优化和改进

任职要求：
1.计算机、信息管理等相关专业博士3年或者硕士7年以上相关经验，其中3年以上医药研发生产IT经理或者信息化项目实施经验；
2. 熟悉了解LAN, WAN, VOIP, wireless, firewall, 并且有实际经验；
3. 熟悉主流 ERP、CRM、和ORACLE、SQL SERVER、MySql 以及CLOUD等数据库技术和服务管理经验，熟练使用开发工具，具有较强的软件开发能力；
4. 熟悉 SDLC 理念, FDA part 11, Annex 11 of the EU GMP regulations (EMEA 2011)， change control management， 熟悉GXP， 并且有实际类似LIMS GXP system的操作管理经验。
5．具备较高的信息化知识和经营管理知识；具有良好的沟通能力、逻辑分析能力、学习能力和项目规划能力。

Bio-Thera Solutions Ltd, a leading biotechnology company in China, is dedicated to researching and developing innovative and biosimilar therapeutics for the treatment of cancers, autoimmune, cardiovascular diseases, and other serious medical conditions.
Bio-Thera is a leader in next generation antibody discovery and engineering.
