DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Quality System & Audit
- Improve and update the company process as requirement
- Lead to pass audit (ISO14001, ISO18001, EN15085, IRIS, ISO9001)
Document control
- KPI Collection and database update
- Define the document control list and collect documents
HSE
- Safety Observation Tour arrange, record and report
- Incident/Nearmiss/Hazards report handling
- HSE training
- Environment reporting, Power, Water, Waste
- PPE planning, purchasing and management
- Environment reporting, Power, Water, Waste
Calibration
- Tools and equipment calibration
- Equipment repair arrangement
OPEX
- Summarize the quality issue and define long-term improvement
- Lead 4Q project for the quality improvement
- Follow and update the OPEX database
- Follow and update the CCRP database to follow up customer complaint solution progress
Requirements
(Education, leadership, special skills, experience etc.): Working experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in QEHS function of a Power Electronics manufacturing environment
- Knowledge and experience about ISO14001, ISO18001, ISO9001 Audit, EN15085, IRIS experience is prefer
- Traction system background is preferred
- Electrician operation certificate is preferred

Other skills:
- Knowhow about Microsoft Office
- Ability to read / write and communicate in English
- Proactive and attentive working style
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Good communication skills
