From its head office in Guangzhou, Focus Industries trading division is looking for a Senior Merchandiser.

The ideal candidate would have a flare for sales and a good eye for detail, be methodical and has excellent personal relations skills.

Requirement:

· At least 3-5 years solid experience in purchasing and procurement of products in sizable or multinational manufacturing companies (Managerial experience is an advantage)

· Good component and product knowledge, proven experience in respect of project engineering, sourcing, supplier selection and certification, procurement and supplier performance management

· Expertise in supplier performance enhancement in the global, regional and local context and exposure in PRC local sourcing/purchasing are desirable

· Excellent negotiation and communication skills with suppliers

· Result-oriented, problem solving skills and able to work under great pressure and achieve tight timelines

· Proficiency in both written and spoken English

· Immediate available is preferred
