工作职责：
1、根据公司的战略规划确立部门工作目标，清晰制定工作计划，保障公司所有账号的安全
2、对客服部整体工作量进行调研，合理分配并跟踪各区域的工作情况，优化客服轮班流程
3、充分调动下属员工的积极性，带领客服团队高质高效地完成任务，实现部门及公司的目标
4、主动并有效地培训和指导员工，定期进行面谈，关心员工的成长，帮助并实现个人培训和发展计划，做好部门核心员工的培养工作
5、定期对销售账号，产品质量、物流运输、客户服务等进行分析与总结，做好月末及季度各项表格的分析汇总 ，并有效地与相关部门进行沟通及协调
6、完善并优化客服工作流程，提高部门工作效率，对部门发展提出创新性提议

任职要求：
1、性别不限，本科及以上学历,英语水平六级或德语专业四级以上（必要条件）
2、精通客户服务工作，熟悉外贸客服工作流程，两年以上ebay客服经验，一年以上客服主管经验；
3、熟练掌握eBay、PayPal各种纠纷处理，具备处理特殊争议和突发问题的能力；
4、优秀团队建设，管理经验及团队激励技巧，对部门下属进行岗位培训引导；
5、有强烈的责任心、良好的沟通能力、快速的执行力和团队管理经验, 具备快速学习能力和创新精神；
6、思维清晰且有耐性，工作积极主动，不断进取，勇于担当，力求完美；
7、能担负起整个团队的全盘工作管理。
