Key responsibilities of this position are as follows:
Meet the monthly and yearly budget;
Ensure corporate targets are met and exceeded and regular review of the performance is done;
Ensure corporate standards in terms of facility and Crown image is maintained strictly in the branch;
To develop good relationship with Customer in Guangzhou;
Be aware of the market, customer needs and competition strategy and drive Crown strategy to achieve business objectives;
Improve and increase the customer base by sales call,office meeting and networking,Cross selling.

A results-driven individual with a successful track record in new business development.
At least 2-3 years experience of sales and marketing.
Able to effectively communicate and build relationships with customers from all nationalities and
are confident in social and business networking situations.
Have excellent presentation skills.
Have a combination of great interpersonal skills and persistence whilst being detail oriented and organized, with a strong focus on quality customer service.
A strategic thinker with long term planning abilities which you have the drive and determination to implement.
Have the ability to work collaboratively and independently at the same time.
Have good computer skills, such as MSOffice and Lotus Notes.
Have good understanding of service industry in Greater China area, which would be a definite advantage.
Fluent English is mandatory, whilst Putonghua (Mandarin) and other languages will be a definite plus.
