To analyze, document and propose solutions for Finance and HR&A areas, and to prepare functional specifications. To assist in the preparation of user and system test plans. To execute project management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
? Analysis and Solution Definition
- Identify business issues and data challenges
- Collect, understand, and transmit the business requirements for the project, and translate these into functional specifications and detailed test plans.
- Suggest areas of improvement
- Document workflows and results of business analysis. Develop functional specification and design document and obtain sign-off from client on the specifications.
- Review and edit requirements, specification, business processes, and recommendation related to proposed solution
- Provide the link between business, development team and any third party regarding software functionality, throughout the development lifecycle.
? Project Execution
- Assist in enforcement of project deadlines, schedule, cost
- Communicate and apply project standard
- Design and execute the test scenarios and test scripts.
- Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved timely
- Day to day management of change requests in relation to the project plans to ensure agreed deadlines are met.
- Compile weekly reports show progress against outstanding milestones, status, resource requirements, issues, risks and dependencies.

Qualification:
? Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent
? Solid experience on implementation of Financial modules of Oracle E-Business Suite 12
? Demonstrable evidence of analyzing and documenting complex business processes.
? Demonstrable experience writing requirements specifications for Information Systems.
? End to end experience of the project lifecycle
? Possess understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design.
? Proven experience interacting directly with end users.
? Experience on Finance and Accounting a definite advantage
? Implementation experience of other ERP an advantage
? Results orientated with good communication and interpersonal skills
? Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese, Mandarin
? Good team player, and efficient communicator
